Enjoyed the Blog and Wiki

In reviewing our experience with our presentation, I realize that I have learned quite a bit regarding technology and its use in teaching and learning. We experimented with many types of technological tools, and chose a couple of our favorites. Our pictures for our powerpoint were choosen from google images. The videos watched on U-tube were limited for those that we thought gave the best overview of problem-based learning. There are literally hundreds of videos on the web regarding problem-based learning. The literature is also abundant. We focused on getting the framework for PBL into our presentation, and hope that you would find PBL a wonderful type of teaching and learning method for use in the education of nurses.

Embedding a u-tube video into Powerpoint 2007

Hi:
Several classmates asked how to imbed a u-tube video into power-point 2007. I have inserted the u-tube video link on how to acclompish this. It is pretty straight forward. It will embed the video without looping, only glich is that you must hit F5 to view it, in your power point, and prior to presentation click on the arrow to play, let it play a second or two then you wont have any "looping".
